Our team carries over 20 years of combined experience in real estate development, interior planning, architectural coordination, and construction supervision.
Before founding Ki Hus, we worked within some of the largest and most demanding real estate and construction companies in the Baltics, delivering multi-million-euro projects from early concept to handover.
We have overseen complex developments where every detail matters — from material selection and technical specifications to coordination with builders, designers, engineers, and suppliers, ensuring that execution meets the highest standards.
